You have 30 days to make a refund request after your order has been delivered
You can return any product you have bought, and we will take care of the return shipping costs if the product is already defect or corrupted by the courier
If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees applied.
If the 1st 15 days over you still have 15 days to request replacement with another item with the same or higher price + the new shipping cost
If the quality team find that the item is damaged due the client bad use, we have the right to reject the request and the client must pay the shipping fees to get his item back
